    @jeria chicken math = When I'm going to buy a small coop and 3 or 4 hens turns into 14 hens, 5 roos, 9 chicks in a brooder, and 14 eggs under 2 broodies with the addition of a 4x12 hoop coop, and 10x8 portion of the shed turned coop with 15x15 run attached.

    Glad you all were safe. We had some roof damage and my small home built coop was moved and tweaked. The poor roo inside made it out unscathed somehow and was just wet and scared. Got him caught and contained. Just fixed his coop today. He's still skittish but I don't blame him. The new business...

    4 little fluffs stuck their heads out when I checked this morning. They aren't even due until tomorrow but with bantam eggs you never know when they'll start. :D Can't wait until she gets up and I can see how many hatched.
