My Ameraucanas and Brahmas seem to do the best at tolerating the extreme heat and cold. My Phoenix get frost bitten combs without supplemental heat. I just aquired d'Anvers last fall, so far they are doing well.
Hey MaryBeth, I hatched 3 Lavender d'Uccles on Thursday. Also, I have some Barred Rock hens that are about a year and a half old for sale. Let me know if you are interested in either. The hens are $10 each, and the d'uccles are $5 each.
Check out the Cuivre River Farmer's Market on Facebook! Our first market is this Sat at 9am. http://www.facebook.com/pages/Cuivre-River-Farmers-Market/213030598783870

Aubrey has very nice birds! I have 2 from him. He has been a big help to me with my Phoenix. I got in touch with Cy through him. And he was also how I got my black Phoenix from Tonie-Marie Austin. Can't wait to see pics!
Codi!
Where are you getting your Phoenix from? I breed bantam Phoenix. I am working on a few different colors. All the chicks that I have hatched this year are white. I have a gorgeous white rooster from Cy Hyde who carries the non-molting gene. Post some pics of your birds when you get a...

Thanks, I've seen this repeatedly. I just wanted a website with basic info, not to correspond with someone. Surely there is a webpage for the MO organization....if not, hmmm strange.

I am in the process of obtaining some show quality silkies, so my pet quality kids must go to make room. They were hatched last March and are truly pets. My kids are not very happy that I am selling them, but they fell in love with the looks of the SQ silkies. I am selling them together as a...

I have not done it yet, but I obtained a caponizing kit from ebay. I wish I knew someone who has done a few that could show me in person. I have been a vet tech for 18 years now, so I am sure that I am more than capable, but it would still be nice to see an "expert" do it first. Also, I...

I wish I had a classic Mopar like that. I am not in the financial shape for one yet, but I am always keeping my eye out for a deal on either a early 70's Challenger, Dart, or Demon. Right now I just have to settle for my '04 Hemi Durango, and my '02 Stratus R/T. I would love to see pics...
