I see you are going through very similar issues. We do our best for these little ones that we dearly love and it does hurt us, I guess theres a lot they dont understand which is maybe a good thing. All the best to your little one.

I still get yellow pages delivered each year (usually about January if im right) but its getting thinner and thinner each time, wont be long before it will just be a pamphlet. Its a shame really as all was too hand.
