    Why does my hen walk up and down the cage?

    The bottle idea is very good il try that. I forgot to say i have 5hens altogether (including her) they do have lots of room i dont know how big. I only introduced the 4hens recently and she pecks them but it has stopped a bit. Thanks for yourhelp il try the bottle thing. :)

    thanks for your help . The new hens are young they will lay in about a month. The 1hen is about 1yr :) But im still stuck. I taught because they is only 1 hen everything would be ok i was expecting a bit of pecking tough?

    Today on day 27. I open the eggs last 5 eggs out of 7... When i open the 1st eggs there was nothing it didnt develope... then the 2nd eggs was the same.. But then i open the 3rd egg and there was a chick that had the wings the eyes the legs everthing.... But it must have had a late death...

    Open the 2 that was dud from the float test- And it was rotting they didnt develop and it wasnt a bad smell
