    My best guess is they will be fine, they should have the med feed for a while after introduction to new coop for a little insurance.Try to keep the big girls from eating the med feed.

    Thanks ,I am going to put them out at about 5 weeks old and put light on a timer. Then I may put the light on overnight when it is real cold. Funny I post this today and I go to check on my chickies and find them all quiet and huddled together because the brooder lamp bulb burned out!

    We have a small flock 10 of home raised barred rocks and 7 are roosters all of which are about 7 months old we have to lower the amount of roosters and we can't find anyone who wants them.
