    100% hatch

    Except for the eggs that were not developed, all 31 eggs hatched. This is the best hatch so far. I set 50% humidity during all 21 days (I have tried dry hatch before). Open incubator often too. The only thing I changed is higher protein feed. Hope this helps.

    My chickens seem to eat less and stop following me when I bring food to the feeder. They lay less eggs too. I wonder if anything I need to check? I just added 3 hens to my flock last Thursday.

    3 double yolkers in 3 days.

    Today is the third day that I got double yolkers. They look similar, I suspect it came from the same hen. My hens are around 6 months old and I get around 4-5 eggs a day now. I feed them game bird starter and layer, fermented oak, fermented barley and bread. I wonder if their diet is the cause?
