OK my hen turkey as had much more lucky hatching eggs then I.. Shes raised 3 for 3 turkey eggs along with 2 duck eggs.. My question.. I cant separate the tom from her as i just have them in my back yard.. As the turkeys was really planned lol.. Would you guys bring the babies in the house and... -
Baby color
most of my ducks are all white, i have one just solid brown hen.. But i was wondering as i have all white baby ducks but one! its very small in fact it and another one hatched today and this lil baby duck is black and yellow! and is only half the size of the other one.. is the black and white... -

i never woulda thought id have gotten the wide range of colors ive gotten from my production red hens and my barred rock mix rooster!.. i have red ones with the black barring, tan one with the black barring.. 3 days old baby turkeys feet
I finally had another baby turkey.. Its about 3 days old hatched on its own but was a day early.. at first with it being on the wire in the incubator to finishing drying before i moved it i didn't noticed anything wrong.. was up moving around like normal and all.. well i put him on shavings and... -
regulating humidity
ok i had just a lil bit of water in my incubator the humidity ready stayed at like 90% all the time.. well i took all the water out of it and it still showing 65-70%.. what do i do O_O -
Crested Ducks
I am raising Crested Ducks and i am wondering how many Drakes to hens should i keep.. As when i started breeding them I only had 2 hens and 1 drake and he would breed them all.. Well now i have 5 hens and 1 drake but know i only ever see him breed 1 hen.. thanx for the help -
first time hatching turkey
I have 6 eggs in the bator .. Well only one hatched out so far.. When it hatched i actually thought i was going to die that night as all it did was lay there and kick its legs around i would pick it up and it wouldnt even raise its head for like 24 hours.. I left it in the bator and this morning... -
what breed is my rooster
I was wondering if anybody might beable to help me with what breed of rooster he is.. I picked him up at an auction for 2.00.. he seems to be a large breed but is very friendly. you can go out and pick him up and mess with the hens and he dont care.. first time wih incubation
OK i am incubating turkey, Chicken and duck eggs.. I had a thermometer on the top of it that was already on my incubator and i put 2 thermometters in the inside with the eggs.. my questions is.. ALL 3 say a different temp! :( i had an egg bust this after noon . hey dont feel that hot to me.. but...- Kitty86
