After 2 nights of being shooed into their run and then forced into their coop, they got the idea. Last night when my dh and boys headed inside, they went into their run on their own, and then when I went to lock them in the coop for the night, they were already in there!! I was so happy, b/c...

Just wondering if these girls are really "girls". I think they are as no one has really overdeveloped combs or waddles. Need some "expert" opinions though!

apparently, we have a termite nest in the ground by a stand of trees - the winged ones were exiting this morning and my 4 week old chicks had a ball chasing and eating as many as they could!
