    My Runner abandoned nest

    My runner duck has been sitting on eggs for 24 days. I noticed when she gets up to eat she's staying gone from the longer and longer. She's pretty much abandoned them completely at this point. I brought one inside and looked at it with a candle and it's moving around. What should I do?

    Pile of Feathers

    I noticed this morning I was missing a Pekin. I went looking in the woods and all I found was a pile of white feathers. No blood, no bones. There was a pile of scat next to it that I'm trying to ID. It appears to have persimmon seeds in it. What animal would leave only a pile of feathers? :(
