Guys I need help asap. I think two of my baby chick might have coccidiosis. One of them must've pooped bloody feces, or both :(. Is this normal or not?
Hey guys, I've lost 3 five week old chicks from ants today and I'm about to lose one again right now... I don't think it's gonna survive, how can I end his pain? Should I just use sharp scissors?
What should I do to him? I helped it hatch since I saw its body is attached to the shell. However now I don't know what I should do.. His left feather is covered with dried egg gunk. It's really sticky, like some sort of dried glue.. I tried wetting the area but it's not enough. Should I wash...
This is my third time incubating eggs and I need some help. Currently my eggs are on day 8, and I notice something wrong with some of their air cells. This egg's air cell is on its side, and it's expanding towards the big end of the egg.
Also I'm not sure but I think they're growing faster...
Hey guys, I wanna know if the humidity has been too high.. I'm incubating the eggs on 40-55% humidity. The eggs are on day 8. I marked the eggs on day 3 and 7. Does the egg have the right air cell size?

So my eggs are currently on day 21. Only few hatched so far. And I saw this one pipped egg that isn't moving. The chick inside doesn't seem to respond when I tap it. Is it dead? I might had the humidity too high. Is there a possibility that it drowned? It already pipped so.. I'm really confused rn.
I don't know if this is the right place to post this but..
My eggs are on day 19 and I thought it would be good to do the float egg test. All of them sinked because the air cell was kind of small. Not very small though. The problem is, I don't know whether or not I drowned them. I used warm...
Greetings.
So I've been asking myself this question over the past weeks. Should I build coops for my chickens? I live in a rural area. My flock here already roosts on tree branches at the back of my house. So I was thinking, is it worth the effort building them coops? Also I'm pretty sure they...
