I have 5 hens who are 20 months old, 1 hen who is about 2 yrs old, 3 pullets/hens that are 8-1/2 months old. My 6 older hens were laying just fine until about the beginning of October - then they molted. They now have all their feathers in but still have not started to lay again.

So I have a broody hen (no rooster). I do not want to put any fertilized eggs under because I don't want / need any more chickens (I know I heard most of you gasp at that! lol)

These photos were taken 5/12 and they are in that "awkward teenage stage".
Thanks for looking!

My daughters (ages 11 and 13) like to watch older movies. Right now they are watching the original "Yours Mine and Ours" with Henry Fonda and Lucille Ball. We also have "With 6 you get Eggroll". We have about 10 Jerry Lewis dvds - (none with Dean Martin). They prefer color movies.

Just noticed this today - I have 6 hens - these are pics of two of the them:
Top side of the chickens looks good but this is the underside. They are eating well, drinking well, and laying eggs. They are about 11 months old.
Thanks for any help!
