    2nd hen finally started laying

    I just recentely got my chick-n-hutch and have a few questions. They are making a real mess and i was wondering anything to make it a bit cleaner. The floor is just wire do i need to put shavings, any suggestions would be nice

    another newbie question

    i am just about finished with my coop and everything. I was wondering if the coop itself needs to be fully enclosed. I was thinking about just closing up 3 sides and leaving the front toward the run open so i will be able to get in there and clean it easier. Thanks
