I was doing some clean up in my yard today with the little brother and as we're picking up sticks and moving around I notice GLW roo, Curry, squawking and running around on the far side of his run with all his feathers flat and a terrified look to him. (note, this is the same GLW roo that was...
Cougars, bears, or coyotes? Because beyond the normal mix of raccoons, weasels, birds, and so on we also have the big critters moving through every now and again. Especially in the summer. So has anyone ever known any of them to bother chickens? And if so what can you do to send them on their ways?
I just need a little help with something, our run is a mud pit in places and we can't roof it just yet. (Some things fell through and remodeling had to get pushed back.) So are there any good ways to keep a run from getting to horrid? Because right now it's so bad that some of the posts are...
