Hey everyone! I was just wondering how many people have bought chicks out of the extra bin at Meyer hatchery. How many chicks were available in the bin when you went? What were the breeds that were available? How hard was in to find the breeds that you were looking for in the bin? Thanks!

Most people totally disagree with my methods but when six of my broilers got coccidiosis last year I was able to save all of them. Here is what I did. #1 As soon as I saw the blood in their poop, I cleaned their waterers and filled them back up with clean water and a little bit of Apple Cider...

My broilers had coccidiosis last year. It was terrible! I gave them a little bit of medicated feed and then put some garlic on it. I also put a little bit of apple cider vinegar in their water. I know it sounds weird but we didn't lose a single broiler. I hope you can get rid of it.
