Mine pipped on day 20 and didn't zip and hatch until really early on day 21. (Like 3:30-4am). I was so worried about the membranes being dry too! It kept me up worrying but mine seemed to make it out ok.

My mom and I have been standing next to my bator with one of those Easter chicks you sit in your palm and it chirps. And when we aren't doing that we are peeping at it. Its good to know we aren't just crazy!
