    deformed wing feathers?

I have a chick hatched approx April 12th, she is a black Sex link. I don't believe she is being plucked or picked on, she's with a few other chicks in a heated 10x10 shed with 24/7 food and water. One side is maturing fine and her other side isn't feathering in right.
