I think the tracking info just says by 8 pm to cover themselves. My PO only gets one truck a day and it comes in at 630 am. Talked to them the other day and they said whenever they arrive on the 630 am truck they will call me around 730. No, it was Meyers hatchery.

Yes, they are shipped. :wee:woot Tracking says they shipped last night and are "arriving by 8 pm Weds", which would probably mean Thurs morning before I can get them. I thought the hatchery was located in Ohio but it says they are shipping from CA.

I have no idea why they did it that way-it caused quite a bit of confusion and some panic for me. It'll all be fine if they arrive healthy!

Also, I should have been more clear-when I said Distribution center I meant the mail Distribution center, not the hatchery. I absolutely would have picked them up if there was a hatchery within an hour from me. This shipping amount was terrible!:(

Yes. It wasn't the ducklings. It was the vitamins and Grogel-they were shipped separately. The hatchery website says those items would be shipped in the same box with the ducklings so I thought it was ducklings and those items.

Because I didn't know anything had been shipped until around 11 p.m. last night. I didn't get any updates/emails etc to let me know any kind of package was on its way.

I am in love :love with the walkway/ramp you have going up to the duck pool! I may borrow this idea when we finish the new duck pen, depending on what we use for the pool. Do you have anything on the inside of the pool to help them get out or do they manage to get out easily on their own?
