I have a lot of experience with larger chickens, but I've never dealt with bantams before. I've been considering raising some Nankin chickens as a conservation effort, and since they are on the ALC's critical watch list.

If it has an antibiotic in the feed, I would wait at least a couple weeks. Again I've never used it before so I'm not sure, maybe someone else has and might be able to help us both on this topic.
Also, when you buy layer ration for them, I recommend pellets over crumbles because they tend to waste a lot if it's in crumble form.

I've never used a Brinsea incubator before, but it should periodically display the current humidity inside the incubator (should be 50-55% during this stage if I remember correctly).
If your incubator doesn't display humidity levels, I would DEFINITELY suggest you buy a hygrometer.
