Ok...I have layers but don't raise meat chickens, so my meat is store bought & usually whatever is on sale. I try to buy from week known stores, praying their standards aren't THAT low. I've seen the "SCARE" posts about worms in meat...etc...and never thought much of it, because it NEVER...

They are bright red...so I'll conclude that I have 4 handsome cockrells...lol...thanks everyone! Now to find homes for everybody! :)

Question for anyone who sees it... I think that all 4 ate cockrells, but 1 isn't growing much tail feathering yet. ..can it be a slow developer or do you think maybe it's a pullet?

There are actually 4 that look VERY VERY similar...just can't get them all to pose for camera at the same time...lol

I bought 5 supposedly "barred rock" straight run chicks from my local TSC back in early/mid March...and 1 Isa Brown pullet...but this is what I ended up with (pic with all youngsters) I think I have 4 cockrells of questionable breed & 1 BSL pullet...please tell me what you think...oh, and at...
