Whats wrong with my girls,photo with 4 eggs is 2 mallard eggs on left then chicken egg,white egg(store) other pic is store egg and egg from one of my girls,I'm hoping they are just young(4 1/2 months-5 months) they are barred rock and RIR'S. The eggs are really small,and only getting 2-3 a day...

4-5 months,they will start flying before they are fully colored out.

I use the bits,they are cheaper,go in and out faster,and have never had a bird get stuck in the top net with them. A little blood is no big deal. good luck

The brooder in(1st) pic is open for the pic.,pylwood goes on to to keep temp,then rigged another right next to it,so the hole group moves over to a new pen while I cleam the one they were in and on good day just open the side and let them out for some sun,after about a couple of weeks they go on...

If it looked clean when you looked in there you got it,but the teacher might want some of the inner parts are good to eat,or for fish bait.

My ts had it on sale 6.99 plus a 2.00 coupon on the bag so for 4.99 bought a few bags,used a bag in a 12x14' pen then it snowed so going to try again but birds did not care about it just not sue how well it worked.On my list for todays to do list.
