I have 12 new girls all about 3-4 months old I have had them for about 2 weeks now. I have been trying different treats all this week but they wont touch them.
They girls I had before ( racoon killed all of my flock) would be all over me trying to get to what ever was in the "treat bowl" before...
Lock them up!
I got lazy thinking I had a safe secure run and coop.
This is a mistake I will never make again.
I have lost 11 of my 16 girls in the last 3 weeks.
I have done major renovations to my run and coop to make them safer.
And I set a hah trap every night when I lock them up!

Last weekend we had a Blue eared Pheasant arrive at our house.
we don't know where he/she came from. My nephew named him chubby.
So what should I with him. He is real calm and very friendly. He has been roosting in my bushes. and when I come out of the house he runs to me looking for his meal...
Ok she has been seperated and today the tail is upright more often
Today they got kale for a treat.
I do switch the treats every day unless i have leftovers
But I always give them veggies.
I dont think it has anything to do with eggbound or sour crop.
Its almost like her butt has fallen

Roxys poo is very runny
as far as treats they got a head of lettuce to play with
and in the afternoon they get scratch
today they got leftover lettuce from a bag o salad
and I made them oatmeal
They love the oatmeal and she ate plenty
I always give them the treats in the afternoon so
they eat...
Well Roxy's poo is light green
and her vent looks normal
and I did not feel anything in her tummy like an egg or mass
but her crop did not feel real full.
She did eat her treats and some scratch
and she did not want to be picked up.
I did notice that her tail was starting to perk up a bit...
