    I am based in the UK so the feed I have is Dodson and Horrell chick starter crumb, and it contains 19% protein. She doesn’t really have many treats, but does like to free range in the garden where she eats slugs, and probably other bugs.

    The humidity is around 73%, and I made sure that the beak is exposed and surrounding membrane moistened. It’s been around 40 hours now since the first pip, do you suggest I give it some more time Before helping? THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE HELP :)

    I’ve had a look and there’s a small crack near the pip on the underside of the egg, so I think it is trying to zip from the bottom; should I turn the egg ever so slightly?
