Any way you could feed the cats where the raccoons can't get to? Maybe somewhere that a cat can climb/jump to but a raccoon likely cannot....

Just wanted to add that Olive Eggers can have feathered legs mine does. She's an Opal Legbar x French feather legged Splash Marans cross and got the feathered legs.
