17 hatched from days 15-17, now day 21, any chance of more hatching?

Just wondering how long I should wait before giving up on the rest of my coturnix eggs. I've read around of people having late hatches, but how late is too late? Thanks for any advice.

1st two hatched today, day 15! How long before the rest should come?!

Quote: Hatching Coturnix, mix of Manchurian, Jumbo Brown and A&M. I put them on lock down on Sunday, so that would make sense. The brooder is warming, time to see if we got anymore overnight! Thanks for your help!

1st two hatched today, day 15! How long before the rest should come?!

51 total eggs in the bator, the first two hatched at some point today while I was at work. How long before the rest should come? How long before I need to take the first two out of the bator? I don't want to mess up the temp/humidity for the rest of the hatch, but I don't want them to starve...

Anyone use poultry nipples for quail?

Hey all, I currently have a gravity feed system with poultry nipples for my chickens. Will they work for quail as well? If so, how many would I need per bird?

New baby chick, feathers not fluffing, need advice!

Had one baby hatch yesterday morning and the feathers on it's back look like they have "hair gel" on them so they won't fluff. What can I do to get them clean? It's so little I don't want to hurt it, but I'm afraid they won't fluff out if I don't help...

Hova-Bator vs. Little Giant Which one do you recommend?

Trying to decide which one to go with. Both have the fan option with auto turner. Kind of like the idea of the genesis Hova-Bator having a preset thermostat. Any input would be great, thanks!

    Intoducing a Rooster

So my hen is still playing the alpha, but not attacking Sam anymore, just chases him off. Is there any way I can help him take charge? Or does he just have to figure it out on his own? I kinda feel bad for the guy, he's a bit of a wuss!

Does anyone know where to get the best deal on poultry nipples in San Diego? I don't see myself paying the same price for the shipping as I do for the product itself!

    Intoducing a Rooster

He is bigger than she is, by quite a bit, but she's a pretty hard core lady. I think she is being territorial, since it's the first day, but hopefully she'll settle down. He has actually been pretty calm towards the others. I will definitely look into some more girls to keep him entertained...

    Intoducing a Rooster

Hello all, I have four hens, all about 6 months. I'm trying to introduce a rooster, just over 3 months. One of my hens (the biggest one) is bullying the new guy like crazy. How long will this go on before they get used to each other? Is there anything I can do to help them adjust? For now...
