I would like to get either Khaki Campbells or Welsh Harliquins for eggs to eat or sell. I have heard great things about both breeds but I do have a couple questions. Which breed lays more? Do Khaki campbells lay through the winter like Welsh Harliquins? Any other advice about either breed would...
I breed them. They are alot of fun but make sure that your pair can't see ANY other parrotlets from their cage. My male parrotlet killed his mate because two baby parrotlets were in veiw of them.
I am looking for any Magpie Call ducks or ducklings to buy. I am interested in drakes, hens or babies. These are my favorite color of Call duck and I would really like to find some to raise. Please PM me if you have any available. I live near Springfield, Mo. Thanks
I recently got a couple Serama roosters and I have a couple questions about them. What grade are they? What is their color called? I hope you can tell from the pics, sorry they are a little blurry. Thanks
I can't answer all of your questions but I try to give you a couple tips. I had two batches of Call eggs in my incubator and both batches hatched days later then they were supposed to. And I had to check the eggs several times while they were hatching to mist the eggs to keep the shell membranes...

My Call duck eggs have started hatching:) and I am having a big problem with the shell membranes drying out while the ducklings are hatching. I did have the eggs in my incubator but it broke so I put the eggs under my setting Call hen. I have to peel one duckling out of it's egg this morning...
What is the size of the cage that you got? Pet stores often advertise "Parakeet Starter Cages". These cage are always way too small for a parakeet or any bird.
