4 week old outside with their mom, to heat or not to heat

We are expecting temp to not go out of the 30's with lows in the teens. They are in a small rabbit hutch shelter. I was thinking a 75 watt ceramic heat bulb or a 75 watt infrared spot bulb. Or just let mom do her thing

    Heat or not?

My broodie hen hatched 3 of 4 eggs 10 days ago in her own little hutch. I live in southwestern Pa no heat except for mom. It was in the low 40 degrees this morning and they were out in the open part of the hutch scratching and eating with mom. They didn't seem affected at all by the temp.
