I showed my husband this and now he wants to breed this feather less mutation into the cornish rocks! Hahaha... such a man! Doesn't help he is a butcher and always thinking about cuts of meat! ;)
I have duck eggs coming out of my ears. My incubator is full. We eat what we can in chicken and duck eggs and we give/sell some. But I still have way too many duck eggs with only 2 hens! Any creative ideas I can try with them?

I have another hen that's gone broody. I was expecting my next broody to be another cochin but nope! It's a Rhode Island red. I was under the impression they didn't go broody very often. Guess I have a rare gem, though I also don't think she is hatchery stock. She was bought from a breeder...
