ahahaha! I have saddles on my girls' from Louise's Country Closet and everyone that sees my girls' running around in their "outfits" thinks its hilarious (or that I'm nuts dressing my chickens). They don't realize I have roos and that the saddles are for an actual functional purpose! lol

I totally caved. I just bought an incubator. My frizzles have fertile eggs and my Orps are starting to squat and have caught them in nest boxes practicing. All the cute chicks everywhere I turn and finally my coop is how I want it, I just couldn't control myself! Lol

M My bantam roo, the Dude, just tried to mount one of my orpington cockerals, Pip. It was hiiiilarious, especially since Pip is 3x his size! Dude and orpington cockeral Alistair often snuggle up together at night on the roosts.

I am soooo happy with fermented feed! My feed waste has dropped considerably and my girls go bonkers! The dishes are wiped clean by mid afternoon! Ugh! So scary! Thanks for the update!
