Steadyyyyy! No need to lose your coffee. They often do the 40% off coupons. They will have more I assure you. Oh and at Joanns I often get a 50% off coupon printed with my receipt.

Don't forget that Hobby Lobby and Joanna have coupons online and in the Sunday paper. I am pretty sure there are mailers too if you sign up for them. The Joanna coupons would be a good way to get templates, cutting mats, cutters and rulers at a huge discount.

I like this one too. Not a billion points to match up.

I also use a rotary cutter and mat. I tend to cut my own since strip sets are so expensive.

I watch a lot of videos on YouTube from Alanda Craft and Missouri Star. There are a lot of great simple yet beautiful quilt tutorials from them. I made this one. I did not put all the blocks into one quilt. I actually made 2 that came out about 48" x 78" . This one is a four patch on point...

I haven't had time to get to seeing anything. :( Now that we have gotten the kennels dried maybe the dogs can go outside for a few hours. If I can find my machine in all those unfinished items is another story.

I hadn't considered black........I like that thought. Definitely need to play with it a bit. I have enough colored fabric for the north star but thinking I am short on it for the sticks and stones...... I have to make 64 blocks at 11x11 or 12x12 for either quilt to be the correct size. :th

Ok I need help. I am making a king size quilt for my stepson and his very nice wife. Having some color troubles..... Their favorite colors are dark (royal) purple and rich (hunters) green. :hmm I am going with one of these two patterns..... I like the north star better myself. I hope...

I have been in the dumps with geriatric pets and hard decisions so haven't been to my sewing room lately. I saw the dream big panels. They are very pretty! I look forward to seeing what you do with them.
