I weighed in last night and lost another 3.4lbs, for 11 total in two weeks!
I start the exercise plan this week, I am really hoping that I stay motivated, it is looking like spring is on its way here, so that should help.

I weighed in for the first time at weight Watchers last night and lost 7.6lbs last week! I was so excited, this eating less and eating more healthy thing really works
