Breakfast: 1 serving all-natural Cheetos

Lunch: leftover pork chop, mac & cheese

Snack: Cherry yo+

Dinner: Spaghetti

Dessert: VERY thin slice of pound cake.

wow, everyone is doing so well. Instead of posting every day I can tell you that I am slowly losing from just watching my fat and mostly eliminating bread and that been just since this Tues.

I will check back in next week and see if I am still on it. Am planning a roasted veggie platter with a ham for Easter. NO white potatoes...my downfall!

Been watching lots of cooking shows so I will have tons of flavor.

Breakfast: coffees, 1 mile on treadmill, hard boiled egg. ( i was gonna have my leftover 1/2 tuna sand, but hubby ate it) :mad:

Lunch: Blackened salmon over ceasar salad, had half of it & will have other half for Din Din. Diet soda with lemon.

It's been a day or so since I has here and missed the question on huevos rancheros. It's simple. It's a scrambled egg, slice of cheese (your favorite type) melted on top and topped with your favorite salsa. Can add avacado, Tb of sour creme if you like. That's it. I think it's carb friendly, and is just another good way to have eggs.

Yesterday, Wednesday:
Lunch: hamburger pattie, mini pickle, flav. water
Snack: salted almonds
Dinner: bacon, chicken ranch salad

Today:
bfast: eggs cooked with bacon crumbles. coffee

Joined a local ex. class. (moving s-l-o-w today). It is a boot camp style class and I think I am the most uncoordinated one there. lol Can you balance on 1 foot with other foot in hand and arm outstretched? I could NOT. lol
 
Thursday March 13th

Breakfast:
Diet Pepsi
Small package cheetos

Lunch:
Bottled Water
3 bites of apple, it was ucky under the skin

Snack:
Cheddar flavored mini rice cakes

Dinner:
Vegetable Soup- entire can
Maybe a bologna and cheese sandwich on white, not sure yet
Apple Juice, 3 servings
 
I forgot to eat correctly today! Was up too late, and slept in (had the day off today) and it must have messed up my schedule.

2 p.m.
3 hardboiled eggs
1 oatmeal cookie

3 p.m.
cup of coffee (offered by my tax man during our appointment)

10 p.m.
lettuce and arugula (while talking to ex-chicken-hating bf on phone)

!!!!

Exercised this morning.

Breakfast: so far 1 grape (and I spit most of it out)

Snack: Cherry yo+

Lunch: Turkey breast cutlet, serving of all-natural Cheetos. Unsweetened ice tea

Snack: Fruit cocktail cup

Dinner: Cheese & buffalo quesadillas

Dessert: pound cake with strawberries
