Good Idea, maybe we can work it into the July theme block. Or we can alternate months with one being chicken/poultry related and the other be other patterns/colors.

Nanakat, nice job, and thank you for the measurements. I made a diagram of the block and wrote down the numbers and what color goes where. It makes it easier for me to visualize the finished block.

Okay I'll give this one a try as well. I need to upgrade my skills anyway and this looks like it might work. I am going to study the pattern some more and see what is what with it. I've never done paper piecing, but I have used templates before, even made some of my own.
