Chick 2/3 is zipping! Hoping to have a baby in the morning :) Not sure about the 3rd, but we'll see. There's no pip yet though.

Violet has her second pip! :D And yeah, she is in LOVE with that chick! I took it out to hold it, and although she's not an aggressive broody, she clucked and clucked until I tucked it back under her. She's so sweet and such a good mama :)

i've got my first pip!!!

Tomorrow is Day 18 for my little Violet! All 3 looked great last night and I'm hoping they all do well. Being bantams they can hatch any day and I'm SO ANXIOUS!

I candled my eggs last night and saw movement in all 3 at day 10 :D. HALFWAY THERE

Use the other incubator as the lockdown/hatcher.

Looks like I'm down to 3 out of 7. I tossed 2 clears, 1 looks like a clear but I'm leaving it for a couple more days, and 1 of the silkies has a blood ring -_- Here's hoping the 3 continue to grow!

It's Day 3 for me and I candled all the eggs. It looks like 3 silkies and 1 mille fleur u'ccle/serama mix are developing, the bantam BR is a mystery, and two others look like no-go's. Woot! Hoping the 4/7 turn out! I'm going to try and not candle until day 7....
