    Cold is not the word for it !! this is crazy.. my ducks will be locked in the coops with heat lamps for sure ! wish everyone well and good luck through this terrible cold !

    I have 11 Muscovys. And cold it is ! I just got back in from checking on all the critters and giving the poor horses some more hay.. It is VERY frigid our there to say the least.

    Finally a beautiful day ! I got the pool out for the ducks so they could all take a much needed bath. Now back to the VERY cold weather it looks like.

    I have Muscovy's .. They do not shed water as good as other ducks.. SO mine just get a small bucket.. I have a bird bath heater in it to keep it from freezing. I had to take there big tub away due to the fact they would get in there and drench themselves and turn into on big block of ice lol...

    Well janessakeen, i live north of Merrill. I just recently got back into some ducks. I acquired 13 Muscovys this fall. I am moving in a few week, into an old farm. So i will be looking to add to the flock come next spring and summer. We will have to keep in touch

    Yes, I have five drakes, and 8 ducks. I will be making a drive south to take three of the drakes to there new home next week. Two drakes will take care of all 8 girls just fine lol...
