Just went home to check on the bator and had one of my RIR's pip while I was there I'm so excited!!!!!! I called my wife and she wants to come home and see it. I have 12 in my homemade bator and it day 20! Hope they all hatch without an problem's, wish me luck and I will keep ya'll posted! God bless

Ok I think I really am addicted. Now, like I said yesterday we have 12 looking good in the bator on day 15, 4 under a broody look good on day 11, and we now have 11 more day old chicks being shipped out on the 26th and we cant wait!!!!!!!! Dont worry though we can house all of them just fine...

just giving everyone an update. i started with 18 and am now down to 12 on day 12. all the eggs are coming along good and should hatch on the 27th! wish me luck!!!!!!

I will be pretty close to you as well , set mine yesterday at 4:00. I set 18 in my homemade bator, it was a project my son(4) and I had a great time with! He put all the eggs in the carton and we are very excited! I will keep yall posted on how things are going. Good luck with yalls hatchings!!!!
