My runners do this weird move where they dip their heads down, then up, making like a burping noise. Sometimes they put their heads down and run around. Both my pekins learned this from them, since they never did it before we got the runners. Watching your two bond will be fun.

The size difference is funny. I'm sure you noticed how surprisingly light they are when you pick them up. They're little bony too, pekins weigh a ton by comparison!

Daves cute! He looks a lot like my Bill, who is my boldest duck. If I throw them something he's the first to check it out! Maybe they're related!

They were funny, I would say "other side" and Scooter would obediently go to his side of the fence...

Yes, early May. I'm told hormones have something to do with the amount of sunlight they get. This was video is when they first started fighting and had no idea what was going on. Here they are in their seperated daytime arrangement mid-Summer. I don't leave the hose on all day though...

    Sick duck

You've got a little time before your ducks start brawling. Separating your two drakes isn't that bad, I let mine see each other through a short fence made of hardware cloth. They get time together, but only when I'm supervising. They finally figured out I didn't want them fighting, and would...
