This morning I found my seabright rooster on the ground level of his and his girls pen. He had both his eyes swollen shut and had multiple cuts all over his head.i had to put him in the bathroom with his partner, he can't see anything so she's helping him find food and water. I have some Terramycin from a different roosters eye injury and I picked up some antibiotic ointment for his ear and cuts. I put electrolyte in his water and gave him my some of my chicks starter. I made soupy stuff for him to eat with the chick starter, he will eat it out of a dropper. I'm making sure he's drinking with a dropper. What else can I do for him to be comfortable and we'll cared for? What could happen to his eyes? If his eye injuries are worse than it seams could he become blind? What's the worst outcome?(other than death)

Both his eyes look like that.

P.s
His 'wife' is taking good care of him. She's calling him like he is a chick and isn't pecking him.:love

ETA: what could have done this? I live in Florida(incase you didn't want to scroll back up) fox? Opossum? Cat?

Sorry about your rooster, but it sounds like you are taking good care of his wounds. Unless you wrap your run in 1/2 inch hardware cloth wire, raccoons and other animals can reach through the fencing, and actually pull a chicken through piece by piece. Are there any holes or spaces underneath the run? You can put a 12-24 inch section of hardware cloth around the perimeter of the run, flat on the ground, and attach it to the upright fencing, or make a skirt, which usually keeps out digging predators. This is a picture from Ladycat of the skirt around her run, which will eventually grow up in grass covering the wire:

He's starting to eat on his own now:ya I have to put some yogurt on a pice of bread for him to eat. He won't drink on his own, since he can open one eye and his sight is impaired, he can't figure out the water. I have a question, is this a normal poop, for an injured bird?

Watery green droppings can be a sign of not eating enough. Can you mix a little raw egg and buttermilk onto some bread crumbs? Also make his chicken feed runny with water . That will get more protein in him.

He wouldn't eat the runny feed when I tried to give it to him. I'll put some of his feed on the bread. I'll see if he will eat the buttermilk egg mix. He just won't eat some things.

I've found a way for him to drink more!

I put him in some warm water to get some gunk off his feet and he started drinking!
He couldn't see the water so he didn't drink now that he felt the water he's drinking.
He likes the egg mix and is even trying to scratch the ground.
