One eye shut and one eye open

Well a injury in the brain can cause it such as a hit to the head.I had a chicken with wry neck for seven months so i did some researching .

Yes, my chicken encyclopedia says that a few things besides lack of vitamin E can cause it.
ANYWHOO, back to the real topic of this thread.
I found another therad recently started by another BYCer who is having almost the exact same problem with one of her girls. Someone sugested eye worms? Don't know if those are even a thing, but thought I'd mention it.
 
That it is. I have seen some pretty neat looking patterns in catarcts in a horse's eye before. It could be the start of it

So i finally figured out what it is, it is the start of fowl pox, she needs lots of vitamin E, and currently on some antibiotics to cure the fowl pox which is causing her eye to get a small infection.
 
Wow, that makes so much sense! I should've thought of that! Glad you figured it out and have a way to treat your girl!
