I'm having the same issue. Consistently, every time I hit submit, it shows up at least twice, and it is also happening to the people I'm messaging.

I've found that when I get the ''you've already submitted this forum' issue, I just go about like I already posted it and leave the page and it does post on its own.
 
I've been receiving double and triple posted PM's as well, for the last day or 2... no rhyme nor reason... and from different memebers... :confused:
 
I notice that it happens most frequently when I insert an emoticon in the post.

ETA - no problem with this post, for example

Something strange happened when I started this thread, but I can't remember the steps I took, so I'm not sure if it was a bug or my mistake. All other posts and threads have been normal. The only correlation between the two bugs that I saw was that the multi PM's seemed to happen when I was getting lots of the "already submitted" werer happenening. Hope that helps.

I just realized I have the same issue as @CTKen. Everything was submitting normally for a day for some reason and then I posted a quoted reply that had an emoticon attached in the quote and it gave me the "already submitted" message. So it's either caused by emoticons or quotated replies.
