Is this scaly leg mites?

so i have a black cochin bantam and so she has a ton of feathers on her legs...i believe she has leg mites i cant tell if it is mites or new feathers coming in on her legs
ill try to post pics
 
I don't know what the problem is either, but I do know some breeds do have feathered legs. Maybe feathered legs isn't the case because he would've had more feathers on his legs earlier. This could be a disease (or leg mites) so I suggest going to a vet and having him checked out. If this is useful please reply to me and I really hope this helps! Good luck!!!

as you can see i meant it when i said she had alot of feathers...so i kind of pulled the feathers back a little bit so you could see the toes see all the little bumps some of her scales are coming up like the dreaded scaly leg
you can also see that those little black spots are her new feathers coming in
