OK so I bought some Ayam Cemani hatching eggs on ebay. I hatched 13 out of 15 so that's good. But 2 came out with silver stripes on their face and back. The seller acted as though they were important or even valuable. Can anyone tell me why a mutation Throw back might be desired? Also should it be in the breeding program?
Looks like a crossbreed to me too. But the seller seemed disappointed that they did not keep those eggs. I was hoping there was something I didn't know.
Ayams have been hard enough to find good info on. Now a mutation right off the bat. Their name for it was a "platinum color recessive mutation". Wish I knew what that was LOL
