Hey all!
I picked up this adorable little bantam at the auction I frequent. Hoping someone can narrow down what bantam I have possibly?
I believe they could be a Belgian D’Anver ? But they also have some slight feathering coming in on the legs so I’m unsure of it truly is or not :idunno...
We’ve been looking for this breed for two years.
Both years the hatcheries presold out for the upcoming year, then sold out in seconds when they did have openings in the breed because I never made it to the website in time.
No local breeders carry any and no matter how I google it I can’t find...
So we have a two week old Self Blue d'Anver chick, Fig. We got him February 11th along with 16 other varied bantams (*not Ideal's choice of assorted bantams, we picked them all out ourselves!). I got three d'Anvers in total, 1 Quail d'Anver, 1 Blue Quail d'Anver, and the chick of the hour, Fig...
I have 9 Belgian Bearded D’anvers with a momma hen that are now just over 4 weeks old. It may be a tad too early to tell, but the genders seem to be emerging. I know (99.99%) that these first three are cockerels, but the rest are confusing me. None of them have any waddle development, and there...

We have available right now for pickup 16 Partridge/Blue Partridge Brahma hatching eggs collected over the past week, priced lower than normal because we did not separate out the Dark Brahma hen from the Partridge and Blue Partridge. Will add any more laid today to the collection. $30 for all...

Hello,
I have just bought a pair of Belgian D'anvers. Currently I already have silkie hens, a silkie cockerel, a legbar hen, a welsummer cross silkie hen and silkie cross light Sussex hens. Would they be able to live together with the Belgian D'anvers? Or as there is a size difference will the...
I acquired a Lavender Belgian D'Anver Rooster by chance and he only sees my Serama hens through the wires that separate them. I don't want my Serama girls to get too attached because I have a Serama Rooster who I am waiting to introduce them to when they are older. He is currently entertaining...
