    Ameraucana mixed with?

Bought this chicken a few months ago. It's around 6mths now. I know it came from a blue egg and it's part Ameraucana.. I've been trying to figure out the mix as I like the flat comb and the colors. It's a gd size so I'm thinking it might be mixed with brahma.

Old English bantam laying blue eggs?

So my old English bantam started laying. She’s the only bantam other than roosters and she is laying blue eggs.. I’ve looked it up and I can’t find anything on it. What could be the cause of this?

My EE/Americuana first Eggshell color changed?

Violets first egg was a creamy pinkish color with some pale blue/green specks (or calcium deposits?) I was a little bummed out but the next egg she laid and I know for sure it was hers was a pretty pale blue ( I even cracked it open to see if it was a true blue egg inside and out and it was!)...

    Easter Egger vs ameraucana

Hello! I bought a flock a little less than a year ago when I wanted hens that laid blue eggs. I was brand new (still am new) to chickens so I wasn’t concerned with the breeding. Now that I’m learning more, I’m getting more interested in true breeds and breed standards. I was told the flock I...

**I originally posted in a different forum, but this may belong better here** Four of my chicks just rounded the 18 week mark on Sunday. My first incubated egg hatched!

It is actually only day 18 here today...and it hatched while still in the incubator. I'm putting them in a separate hatcher tonight. Such a nice surprise to come down and see this little fluff ball sitting on the eggs patiently. First I saw the egg with the hole in it, and no chick anywhere...
