I have a Silkie rooster who is about 15 weeks old and is missing feathers on the back of his neck. I did look for mites and lice, but I don't see any. He has parts of a feathers, meaning he is not totally bare. One of the hens is starting to look like him, too. Any help would be appreciated.

All four of my hens have poop stuck to them. This is either causing feather loss or the poo is just weighing the feathers down. I can clearly see most of their cloacas because of the feather issues.
They seem healthy and happy otherwise though.

Okay, I have a duckling that is making a girl noise, but has green feathers towards her tail. I think she is a Ancona, if that helps. She is around 6 weeks old.
