Okay, I had this really random idea a few days ago, and I would like to ask for your opinions.

My Daddy (Please go look at my page to fully understand what I'm talking about) just got home on the 20th, so, within the 72 days he's home, were going to build our coop and garden and (Finally!) get our chickens and stuff like that. I will have a hard time naming the chickies, so, I thought I'd name all of the chickens after you guys! Like, Kooshie, Tanicha, Princess Kumotora, magistradomina, Just to name a few.

What do you think? (Should I ask for permission?)

Awesome idea! You probably don't have to ask for permission, as they should be honored to have a chicken for their namesake.

I know, I might be a Little too excited, but NOW, I don't have to make up a bunch of ridiculous names..

My Daddy wants to get Rhode island red, just the kind I wanted to get!!! We saw baby chicks at a farm store a couple days ago, and the Rhode island reds were SOOO pretty and cute! There was also ducks (Which were maybe even MORE adorable) We (My younger siblings and I) want duckies sooo bad, but my daddy says that there too messy. *Pouty face* Oh well, at least we got to hold them!

A little rodent-coloured hen with fur-like feathers... a silkie! I can see it now too! A little brown silkie named Gerbil...
