I'm surprised mine haven't gotten it yet, summers here get intense, it's so dry.

I don't have much advice, but I hope everything turns out OK.
Have you tried feeding garlic? When my hens were looking legarthic, they usually came back round when we stuffed a bit of garlic into them... (they weren't eating)

no, she is eating a tad bit

Give her lots of TLC and keep her inside or in a safe place if you can.

To much heat, not enough ventilation or shade.

I really don't understand how people lose them to it all of the time. We live in the plains of the melting trees and haven't lost a single bird.

But it's possible, if she was injured and couldn't get out of the sun or something.
