Yes, kneeling is actually not too bad if it weren't for this disgusting, rock-hard material on the floor....

I sprained my hamstring in soccer on Wednesday, so I couldn't do groin kicks. I held the punch-bag while my partners knocked seven shades of ___ out of me

Oooh.... Rock hard floor material! I think the carpet and tile factories donate the stuff they can't sell and rejects to schools and such. I haven't been in one with nice flooring, not that it's a bad thing. Prolly be worse if they used the money fer your education to install some nice carpeting and/or hard wood flooring and a couple of throw pillows....... But it would be more comfortable...

I pulled the worst muscle in the world not to long ago, slung a back of chicken feed on my shoulder, heard a pop and could move my arm or neck for two days!
