~Hazelpaw looked around and abruptly gave Fogblaze a completely unexpected smack on his muzzle, claws only hald-sheathed. "You mousebrains!" she growled, now truly irked. "Nobody told me Lightpaw was over there sitting by herself!" Hazelpaw, with a haughty sniff, got up and padded over to the two she-cats. "Sorry, Lightpaw," she mewed sympathetically, "I should've looked around for you and Mousepaw, but I assumed you were out training." She flicked her tail disdainfully over at the young toms. "I don't even know why Sunstar made half of them apprentices," Hazelpaw snickered quietly, absolutely sure the toms couldn't hear her.~

Shadepaw snorts "Don't expect us to notice a nobody, she was the one who decided to be invisible" he said a bit disappointed in his sister.

Lightpaw flattened her ears at her brother's comment before she straightened up a bit as Hazelpaw walks to her "Oh no it's fine, I don't mind being alone, I'm use to it" she mumbles nonchalantly with a dismissing flick of her tail

~Sootpaw gives a quick hiss, nettled. "If she's gonna be shy," he mewed crossly, "it's not our turn to watch her."~
~Fogblaze said nothing and uncomfortably washed a paw.~
~Hazelpaw Sat down beside Lightpaw and Mousepaw. "It's not nothing," she mewed gently. "I'm your friend and should be standing up for you against those fox-hearts,"~

~Hazelpaw Sat down beside Lightpaw and Mousepaw. "It's not nothing," she mewed gently. "I'm your friend and should be standing up for you against those fox-hearts,"~

Shadepaw nods his agreement "She'll never be a warrior with how she acts" he states bitterly, he still cared for his sister but he wasn't as close to her as they were when they were kits and he didn't want to be dragged down because of her.

Lightpaw gave a small embarrassed smile "I'm sorry that you have to stand up for me, I should learn to take care of myself I'm sorry" she responds apologetically

Lightpaw sighs "I know it looks bad but it's not, I'm pretty used to my brother and his friends cold shoulders" she mumbles, trying not to show that it did hurt her a little.

Shadepaw shot a glare back out of the corner of his eye, he didn't much appreciate Hazelpaw and Mousepaw talking about him behind his back, definitely if it was to his sister.

~Hazelpaw nearly blew up with rage as she caught Shadepaw glaring at her. Hackles up and all fur erect, she stiff-leggedly stalked back over to the impudent toms. "You wanna take that up with me, mouse-brain?" she hissed, leering into Shadepaw's face, and then drew back, tail bristling wildly.~

Lightpaw squeaks at the sudden confrontation that was taking place. She stalked over and slipped in between the two cats "Come on we're all clan mates let's calm down" she choked out, she was obviously very nervous and a bit scared that the two larger cats would ignore her

~Sootpaw gave a low snarl of encouragement. "Fight, fight, fight!" With a sneering hiss in Hazelpaw's direction, he added, "We all know who'd win."~
~Fogblaze got up and easily shoved the two raging apprentices aside with one massive shoulder. "Hold up, you too," he snarled cooly, giving each younger cat a hard cuff over their ears. "If Sunstar finds two bloody apprentices with no enemy in sight, what do you think he'll do to you? Have you initiated to warriors right on the spot?!?!"~
