~Ash couldn't look.
Couldn't. Look.
She was bordering some sort of meltdown right now... and acknowledging that... her sister was in this car with her... likely could drive her to endangering her life.
So she sat on the edge of the seat, tuning out from the world and inhaling the blissful, blissful scent of lifeless glass that made the freedom outside seem just as hopeless. She rocked back an forth, her teeth grinding heavily, and hardly kept herself from breaking out into a full fog of nervous perspiration.
She couldn't go back to being apprehended.
Ash was done with detention facilities.
She'd die if she was put behind a wall of cement and secondary bars again.~

"Noel! Where are you going?!" Rex asked, running after her.
 
Gage slapped the glass, harder, but the police in the front simply fiddled with the radio dial. "Please! She needs something! Have you no respect? S-she..." his hand squealed as it ran down the wall.

Akira pulled herself upright, and shook her head to clear the fog. She had passed out and laid in filth all night, ugh. She shifted to her human shape and brushed her clothes off before heading down the alley towards River apartment as planned. She was a bit late but it was the only thing she knew to do. As she neared she saw the flames and shrunk back into the shadows of the alley, ok this was bad, she needed to figure out what happened. She then picked up a scent that she knew, Crow and followed it further into the maze of alleyways near by until she found him slumped against a wall by himself. She moved over to him and crouched down, "hey are you alright, what happened back there?" She asked quietly.
