A little too late, Gage grabbed Bleddyn's elbows and locked them behind her back with one arm, holding her still with the other. At once, he dragged her back, setting her in a booth a couple feet away. "You stay there until I get your parents to take you home."
He turned to Wolfram, the kid's eyes were wide, but angry. Cat's eyes. Why did he have to be a cat? He thought, a little uneasy. "Where are your parents?"

"I deserved it." I mumbled, starting to walk away, "Thank -hic- thank you, though. Dad's in there, and he'll kill me as soon as he gets his hands on me. Might as well delay that as long as -hic- as long as possible." I was starting to cry, now, though no one would have noticed. I didn't mean to hurt the kid, and I felt like kicking myself for punching him for a reason as dumb as 'helping him let his anger out,' how stupid is that? I felt I had to make it up to him, and there was only one way I knew to do that.

Her death was bound to be in a newspaper somewhere, and, if I'm lucky, the name of the suspected murdurerer.

Bleddyn rolled her eyes and pulled him up, then backed away as if she'd never touched him willingly in the first place. "Dude, you technically didn't start anything. Sure, you were being quite the verbal terdbag, but Delilah threw the first punches. Plus it seems like you were going through a ton of crap to start with...not that it made this exclusively excusable for you."
Her casual glare narrowed in sudden, scorching disfavor. "And then you started fighting dirty, which obligated me to step in and set you straight." She then stepped back again and took up a cursory lean against some table, arms tightly folded. She had to make it clear to this character that she wasn't granting him anything. At all.
"Don't you dare think that we're all good now."
Wolfram was about to reply when Gage took her away."Hey, Leave her alone."He snapped."I don't have parents."His voice trembled as he spoke."They're dead, so leave me alone." He glanced at Bleddyn, then back at Gage.

Brisa smiled, "That sounds great!" She shyly headed towards Wolfram, hoping he'd accept.
Yris followed suit, heading up to Wolfram, ignoring the fact that Gage was holding him back, before she began gently and in a friendly manner, "Hey...we heard what happened to you and feel really bad. We're going to get some coffee down the street, we'd love if you could come." She didn't bother making eye contact with the adult, knowing that Wolfram probably felt very alone as of now, and wanted someone to care.

Wolfram kicked the ground."LEAVE. ME. ALONE!!!"He snarled, eyes flashing viciously."I don't need anyone to care for me!"His heart pounded in his chest wildly, another surge of anger building inside him.

Brisa crept closer, but paused shyly when Yris began to speak, thankful that she didn't have to break the ice, but when Wolfram responded rudely, she decided to pipe up. "Um, we're not trying to care for you. We just want to talk. We want to help."

Yris interjected, explaining calmly "We just were trying to be nice, please don't scream at her." There was a slight pause as she collected her next words carefully, explaining in her serene tone, " I'm sorry about what happened again, and if you ever need someone to talk to, we're here."

As soon as she caught his eyes flicker in her direction, Bleddyn furrowed her brow to catch his attention. Her hand clenched down hard onto the booth wall that Gage had confined her to, wishing she could wreck her simmering rage at just about everything out on it.
"You should go, like, now," she mouthed distinctly, hating herself the most for helping him out even this tiny bit.
Well, the sooner he was gone, the sooner he was out of her life.
"They could get the police involved- and that'd be bad for you with no parents."

"You missed an awesome fight."
"Not awesome."
"I meant terrible in an awesome way."
Lachlan rolled his eyes. "Yeah, she did. Long story short, he came in yelling at people, got in a fight with Delilah, she left after Bleddyn started egging it on, and Bleddyn started fighting him. It's been going on for over an hour."
Alice heard Camilla behind her, she hadn't let the door swing close behind her yet in case Dyn needed to get out of there quickly.
Bleddyn rolled her eyes and pulled him up, then backed away as if she'd never touched him willingly in the first place. "Dude, you technically didn't start anything. Alice relaxed slightly what ever had happened she seemed to have missed it.

While Gage was distracted with the boy, Alice slid around the room avoiding his gaze and plopped down in the seat across from Dyn, "Wanna get outta here?" she asked smirking and tipping her head toward the kitchen. there was a back way out and Gage wouldn't be able to spot them if they didn't go out the front.

"I don't want help! I don't want to talk! I don't WANT TO BE AROUND STRANGERS!"He slammed his foot on the ground again, yelling at the girl.
Brisa shrunk back, intimidated by Wolfram, who was literally a foot taller than her, leaning over her like that. "Sorry." She made eye contact with him, the hurt showing clear in her wide eyes, the green color shifting and changing in her confusion.
